Kingdom Death: Monster 1.5 had a phenomenal weekend on Kickstarter, earning more than $5 Million with forty campaign days remaining. The cooperative tabletop horror has players hunt intelligent monsters, whilst developing a settlement through a self-run campaign.

Tales from the Loop – Roleplaying in the ’80s That Never Was

“In 1954, the Swedish government ordered the construction of the world’s largest particle accelerator. The facility was complete in 1969, located deep below the pastoral countryside of Mälaröarna. The local population called this marvel of technology The Loop.” 

The RPG allows you to become a character archetype such as the bookworm, troublemaker, popular kid, or weirdo, to solve the mysteries involved in ‘The Loop’. 

The RPG is written by Nils Hintze, illustrated by sci-fi artist Simon Stålenhag, and backed by the Free League team, the company responsible for the RPG’s Mutant: Year Zero and Coriolis – The Third Horizon. 

Mythic Battles: Pantheon

Funded in just four minutes this table-top game  Mythic Battles: Pantheon lets you take on the role of Olympic Gods, Zeus, Athena, Ares or Hades, as they try and reclaim their power. 

“The mighty Titans of Greek lore awoke and unleashed a massive attack on Olympus. While the Titans were ultimately defeated, the world is ravaged and the surviving Olympians now mere mortals. As the former Gods awake to a broken world, Mythic Battles: Pantheon begins their adventure through Olympus, Styx and the Labyrinth of Minos to regain the glory left decimated by the wrath of the Titans.”

The game is produced by Monolith and Mythic games, and is expected to be delivered in December 2017. 

Odyssey – The Next Generation Science Game

Greenlit on Steam in just four days, the science puzzle game Odyssey, teaches scientific reasoning and argumentation in astronomy.

The educational game takes you on an immersive journey on a dangerous island to explore the history of science, whilst rescuing a 13-year-old named Kai and her family.

The game will be available to play on both PC and Mac and has an estimated delivery of May 2017. 

Vast: The Crystal Caverns – Second Printing with Miniatures

Forbidden Fortress is a horror-filled cooperative dungeon-crawl board game, set in Feudal Japan.

 Players choose from a series of heroes to fight against evil creatures such as demons, ghosts, and monsters that are inspired by Japanese myth and legend.

The game is created by the company Flying Frog who in 2013 launched the game Shadows of Brimstone through Kickstarter.
