Stranger Things 2 has finally premiered its first trailer, which features Michael Jackson‘s Thriller, the popular 80s video game Dragon’s Lair, as well as a whole lot of the Upside Down darkness.
Debuted by cast and creators at San Diego Comic Con, the trailer brought fans back to Hawkins, Indiana where citizens are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. In Stranger Things 2, a sinister entity threatens Will Byers and everyone who survived, in what creators and cast are calling a season that is darker and scarier than the first.
“I have felt it everywhere”
In the 3-minute trailer, we revisit Will Byers who is plagued by disturbing gooey visions of The Upside Down, we see the gang ready themselves to fight back toting shotguns and of course, the handy nail bat, and we catch a glimpse of badass Eleven.
