    What it is about: Stephen King’s 1986 novel ‘IT’  follows a group of kids ‘The Losers’ Club’ who are harassed by a malevolent shape-shifting monster which lurks in the town of Derry, Maine’s sewers and storm drains. In its most prominent form, the monster takes the shape of a horrific balloon clad clown named Pennywise.  The book is being turned into a film by director Andy Muschietti, with a screenplay by Chase Palmer and Cary Fukunaga.
